Concept Art Shows How Bad Superman Lives Would've Been
Just how bad was Tim Burton's Superman movie active to be? Good, the Final Son of Krypton would've been eating away a light skyward disco suit. 'Nuff said.
Between Acid Quadruplet: The Quest for Public security and Superman Returns, in that respect were a number of movie attempts to bring The Man of Blade back into the flic theaters. Of the numerous unsuccessful films, none has become more infamous than Loony toons Lives, the moving-picture show that had Tim Burton and Nicholas Cage attached to its yield at one point. Around new concept art and photos from the celluloid consume freshly surfaced on the Network; look the images, it was probably for the optimal that the movie died in development.

The script for Superman Lives was originally written by Kevin Smith, though the plot was dictated by producer Jon Peters, who earned a lot of notoriety over the long time for his demands surrounding the movie (such as getting rid of the iconic blue-and-red dress up because it was "too faggy"). After He left the project, Burton described the live A one of the worst of his life, mostly thanks to Peters: "I basically wasted a year. A year is a long time to be working with somebody that you put on't actually want to live working with."
Based on whol these pieces of art, I can't say I cursed Sir Richard Burton for leaving the project. IT looks like Superman Lives would've been on par with Catwoman in damage of quality and faithfulness to the franchise.
